CBA regular season continued as the Beijing Control and Tianjin clashed on October 29th. After a strong start with two consecutive wins, Tianjin has faltered recently, losing three out of their last four games. On the other hand, Beijing Control's three-game winning streak was interrupted by a loss to Shanxi in their previous game.

In the first quarter, both teams were evenly matched. In the first six minutes, the lead changed hands seven times, with Lavery being the key player for Tianjin, scoring 16 points in the quarter. However, in the second half of the quarter, Beijing Control gradually gained control, maintaining a slight advantage. In the second quarter, Tianjin relied on Lavery's strong performance to temporarily take the lead. However, towards the end of the quarter, Beijing Control fought back with an 18-7 run, opening up a 12-point lead going into halftime.

After the break, although Beijing Control saw their lead shrink a few times, their double-digit lead built in the first half allowed them to stay in control. In the final quarter, with Sarinje's three-pointer, Beijing Control established a 20-point lead, securing the victory. In the end, Beijing Control defeated Tianjin.
